An organizational assessment includes:
Organizations are requited to complete a one year follow-up after the assessment has been completed in order to report on whether any recommendations have been implemented, the resulting impacts, and what the challenges/hindrances to addressing these recommendations have been. All information will be kept confidential and will be reported anonymously for grant purposes.
Applications are accepted throughout the year on a rolling basis.
Cost: $225 ($200 for Supporting Partners.) One-half of the fee is due at the time of application.
