https://www.tchrc.org/The TCHRC is a Syringe Exchange for active opioid users. This effort came about after NC law allowed for these exchanges to be set up in communities. Our mission is to reduce harm of infections and disease, and to assist addicts in their efforts to reduce the harm to themselves, supporting their efforts toward health and recovery.
